– The Story –

“Movement I – Prologue – Nestle and Rest”
The Wind has stopped. I hear a Requiem. Who are they singing to? Who is it for? It is for me. I am the one that died.
“Movement II – Where the Wind Blows”
Where the Wind blows is where Time flows; where there lies my familiar world. Within the blowing Winds, a young voice can be heard.
“Movement III – The Messengers”
The Messengers appear, chanting ominously, delivering the omens.
“Movement IV – Sea of Night”
Where a lullaby can be heard, a young voice prays into the dark sea of night.
“Movement V – The Day the Sky was Bright”
The day the sky was bright, everything ended in destruction. The young voice wanders in the desolate world, asking “why?”. Eventually, realization sets in, that the sky was bright because it was burning.
“Movement VI – Ask No More”
Voices from above appear, responding to being asked “why?”. They gently say, ” make peace with the fact that there will never be answers to such questions”.
“Movement VII – Take My Hand”
The young voice reaches out for help to find and gather what was destroyed. Others answer, assuring that the destruction was not the fault of the young voice’s.
“Movement VIII – May the Wind Blow Again”
May the Wind blow again, and Time flow again. Now carried by the Wind of Possibilities, the young voice flies again with hope for a new world.

Movement I
Prologue – Nestle and Rest

Where the Silence calls, the Wind is gone.
I hear them!

Behind footsteps, Nothing follows.
They hear me!

Wind is gone.
Wind is gone.
Wind is gone.

Requiem. Requiem.
Nestle and rest, Innocence.
Requiem. Requiem.
Gentle are thou, Innocence.

I hear their voices sing.
I hear their voices sing.
I hear them sing.

Who do you, who do you sing this to?

For he who I know?
She whom I love?
Those who I hate?
You whom I seek?

I hear their voices sing.
I hear their voices sing.

I hear their voices sing.
I know for whom they sing.

Just say the name.
Just say the name.
Say it! Say it! Say my name!

Requiem. Requiem.
Nestle and rest, Innocence.
Requiem. Requiem.
Gentle are thou, Innocence.

Like words, like stories in sleep, we’re told.

I hear them singing to me.
I hear them singing to me.
I hear them singing to me.

Requiem.

Movement II
Where the Wind Blows

Mountains’ chorus echo low, reaching out the hills;
Shaking forests merrily chanting bringing with it smell,
Preparing sky and valleys with majestic will.
Behold, friends of Time!

Ankles caught in its flow,
As I run through as child;
The country where I’m born!

Soaring high, birds arise.
Catching breeze; steering free.
Wind blows.
Soaring high, birds arise.

Where the Wind blows,
Seasons’ heart dwells;
My eternal home.

Breathe with me fondly
In this Familiar World
I hear the Wind now as before.

Tears of open air.
Gentle rain wets the earth.
Shedding old colors; giving birth.
Gentle rain wets the earth.

Storm approaches the horizon.
Bringing yet another season.
The valley shakes from thunderous roar!

Soaring high, birds arise.
Catching breeze; steering free.
Wind blows.
Soaring high, birds arise.

Where the Wind blows,
Seasons’ heart dwells;
My eternal home.

Breathe with me fondly
In this Familiar World
I hear the Wind now as before;
Feel the Wind now as before.
Come!
Breathe with me near cool waters,
Our feet bare, We share!
Following the stream,
Following…

Wind blows, Wind blows. My home.
Where the Wind blows,
Seasons’ heart dwells;
My eternal home.

Movement III
The Messengers

Omens of yonder,
Omens of yonder,
Take flight.
Take flight!

Movement IV
Sea of Night

Breath of shadows, Nightly sallow,
Quiet sweeps ashore, with yearning.

Siren’s mercy;
Bless those sleeping through the
Sea of Night!

Cradled in ocean’s folds,
They dream, both young and old.
Let this sweet prayer last evermore.

Night Star, Night Star,
I see you now.
Grant me my wishes tonight.
Let my father bring another
Story for me, for me, for me.

I’ll stay awake till he comes home,
I don’t want to sleep alone.
Let my, my wish come true.

Night Star, Night Star,
I see you now.
Please hear my wishes tonight.
Let me hear her sing another
Story for me, for me, for me.

I’ll wake up only from this dream,
Hearing mother sing to me.
Let my, my wish come true.

*

Crying…

Crying… Crying… I hear crying.
Gone… Gone… They’re all gone.
Why… Why… Why?

Watch me, watch me light the sky.

Crying… Crying… I hear crying.
Is this my memory? Is this my memory?

Don’t worry, brightest lights are gone.
It’s just a dream, a story once upon a time.
Now gently wake up.

But…
Why… Why…
I hear crying.
It was my memory, and I cried too.

Watch me light the skies,
Beautiful skies, beautiful skies.

Watch me light the skies,
Beautiful skies,
Beautiful skies!

Movement VI
Ask No More

Oh quiet voice, Oh quiet voice,
We can hear thy fairest words within the rain.
In the rain.

Ask no more. There are no answers.
Ask no more. There are no answers.

Oh searching soul, Oh searching soul,
Thou shall not find what thou seek in earnest eyes.

Instead be,
Blessed and heal the pain with gentle rain,
Gentle rain, ’ternal  grace…
Falling!

Love and care be flowing like a brook,
Like a brook.

Let rainfall blossom peace within thy heart,
And listen to our calls, then weep you’ll not.

Oh quiet voice, Oh quiet voice,
We can hear thy fairest words within the rain.
In the rain.

Ask no more. There are no answers.
Ask no more. There are no answers.

Movement VII
Take My Hand

Take my hand, can you find it with me?
Now it’s gone. Will you forgive me in the end?

Take my hand, can you walk with me?
Now it’s lost. Will you forgive me in the end?

I have my memories here, but they’re all broken.
My happy thoughts were here, now they’re gone; stolen.

Take my hand, can you find it with me?

I promise to find them.
I’ll look till I find them.

Will I be forgotten too, like yesterday?

Soul shattered, love severed.
In darkness, yet don’t ever blame yourself.
Heart swollen, scars deepened.
It’s not your fault that it’s…

It’s not your fault that it’s broken.
Broken!
Trapped in a world that’s now broken.
Broken!

Come, let me take you.

Take my hand, you can find it with me.
Nothing’s gone. I will search with you to the end.

Take my hand, you can walk with me.
Nothing’s lost. I will be with you till the end.

None of your memories here, no they’re not over.
Let’s take your thoughts from here, to a place closer.
My memories are all gone, broken.

Take my hand, you can find it with me.
Take my hand.

I promise to find them.
I’ll look till I find them.

Keep holding my hand!
You’re not alone in this,
Bravest, bravest…
Story…

Will I be forgotten too, like yesterday?

Movement VIII
May the Wind Blow Again

Wind returns.
Hear silence ring. Hear silence ring.
Breathe… Wind blows again!

May the Wind blow again.
Reborn anew for the morning;
The sky awaits you.
Time remembers you.

Come home to us and write,
This tale that was to be told;
Another spring for you to sing.

Wind; Grab on its hem.
Wind; It’s not the end.
Wind; Rebirth begins.
Wind; Infinite blue.

For another life; Wind.
Begins, begins, Again!

May the Wind blow again.

Life adorned; stories born.
Live, again! Wind!
Reborn anew for the morning;
The sky awaits you.

May the Wind blow again.
